When you get to the rooftop at the end, you'll noticed a cracked section: to break it, skate right across the red hot blocks and ingest the Cone to enter Cone Mouthful mode. Right after the room where Hidden Waddle Dee 2 is, defeat the Big Kabu, then skate along the lava path starting on the right that leads over to the left, across the crumbling blocks and around the Rabiroo and the Lava Ball. Time Crash meanwhile only extends the range: you can fire it off quickly and then touch Wild Frosty twice, defeating him and completing the Mission! The reason is because to kill Wild Frosty in one shot, you have to charge the normal Crash ability up, which is tricky to do in the middle of a boss fight. If at all possible you should use the Time Crash evolution, which you can get in Invasion at the House of Horrors. However if you eject your current ability with the - (Minus) Button, you can inhale the Bomber before it hits the ground: Kirby will catch it in mid-air! On the corner is a Bomber who'll walk off the ledge and into the ground for a massive explosion. The second place to get the Crash ability is just before the fight itself.Since Crash can only be used once, you'll have to abstain from using it to kill enemies before you begin the Wild Frosty boss fight.
This is harder than it might look because the Crash ability is extremely rare, so here's how you can get it: To accomplish this Mission, you'll need to defeat Wild Frosty, the boss at the end of the first area of this stage, using the Crash ability.
